What would spirituality be according to your own worldview?

According to my own worldview, spirituality is the connection between humans and their environment that transcends materialistic understanding. It involves recognizing an underlying reality beyond what’s tangible. This connection can manifest itself in many different forms and can be expressed through our thoughts, experiences, beliefs, values and emotions – all of which are intertwined within a larger spiritual context. Ultimately this type of spirituality allows us to recognize our place in the world while also providing us with a sense of purpose and clarity when faced with adversity.
