What is your current leadership style? How does your leadership style impact your decision making in nursing care?

My current leadership style is based on a transformational approach to leadership. Transformational leadership is premised upon the idea that leaders inspire and motivate their subordinates towards shared goals (Anand & Sharma, 2017). This leadership style has enabled me to be both encouraging to my team members and rigorous in the pursuit of excellence. My commitment to creating an environment where everyone can succeed allows me to empower my colleagues while pushing them towards achieving better patient outcomes.
