Furthermore, they also possess great emotional intelligence as evidenced by their ability to remain even-tempered no matter how difficult the situation may be (Boyatzis et al., 2011). This makes them approachable yet also authoritative enough when necessary.
Another important trait that stands out about this individual is an intrinsic drive towards helping others.
