Describe why this is your area of interest and why important

My area of interest is mental health – an aspect of overall wellbeing that has become increasingly important in recent years due to the increasing prevalence of mental health issues among both young and old. Mental health refers to a person’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioural state which can vary drastically from one individual to another. It is something I believe should be taken seriously in order for individuals to lead more fulfilling lives as well as for society as a whole.
