Technology has been increasingly integrated into Health programs as it offers a variety of advantages to health system providers and patients such as improved access, cost savings, better communication, enhanced efficiency and increased safety (Jacobsen et al., 2020). A literature review was conducted in order to explore the use of technology in health program design.
